Owner, Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor
Angela is the owner of Sculpt. She is a Stott Pilates instructor trained in both mat & reformer. She is also certified in barre and teaches in other areas of fitness ,including spin, strength, and yoga.
She has been in the industry for years, primarily as the GM for a corporate studio. Sculpt was born when she left that job and decided to invest in herself. She had a goal not just bringing a VIBE to a space, but to offer Pilates at a reasonable price. Pilates is empowering, and moves bodies beautifully, there’s no reason why it should be exclusive to those willing to pay hundreds a month. Her goal was to not only make Pilates affordable, but ealso mpower every client that comes into the studio. Sculpt is her dream come true, and she is eager to see every client that walks through the doors.
Lead Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor
Annika started her Pilates journey in 2017 due to a neck injury she received while wrestling in high school. She lost significant mobility in her neck and began to have difficulties working out.
She found that Pilates rehabilitated her neck, allowing her to gain more strength and mobility not just in her neck but also in her whole body. From then on, she fell in love with Pilates and began teaching in 2021. She is a certified instructor in group fitness, kickboxing, jiu-jitsu, and Pilates. Annika’s goal is to make fitness and Pilates accessible in a simple but exciting approach.
Mat Pilates Instructor
Amanda is a Pilates, Barre, and Power yoga instructor here at Sculpt. She grew up in gymnastics and ballet, so movement has always been a cornerstone in her life. She found barre fitness after wrestling with an eating disorder and chronic over-exercise. It taught her to look after and celebrate her body for what it could do, not what it looked like. Amanda believes it’s not always about doing more, but doing it with the right focus. Her hope is to show everyone how incredible they are inside and out, and have a great time sweating and sculpting.
Mat Pilates & Yoga Instructor
Raelyn is a Pilates and Yoga instructor here at Sculpt. She first discovered yoga while healing from a competitive sports injury. Yoga provided a safe place to heal her body, but it also challenged her at the same time.
Yoga not only transformed her outlook on life, but her body as well. After experiencing all the amazing benefits of yoga for herself, she wanted to share them with the world. She received my 200-hr yoga certification from One Voice Yoga and specialized in Vinyasa Flow. Since then, she’s strived to create a complete yoga experience that connects her students back to the truest versions of themselves. Her sequences are curated to nurture the body, mind, and soul. Raelyn seeks to provide a sense of peace and calm but also presents poses that build strength, stability, endurance, and mobility.
Mat Pilates Instructor
Eri is a mat instructor here at Sculpt, teaching our HIIT-style classes. She grew up swimming competitively. In college, she first tried Pilates in order to stay flexible and strong between swim seasons, and loved how the low-impact workouts challenged her in a way she’s never experienced before!
Outside of Sculpt, Eri loves to lift, hike, run, bike, and swim. Pilates has empowered her to accomplish things she never thought were possible with her body. She is incredibly passionate about fitness and a firm believer that movement is medicine. Eri’s goal is to help others gain an appreciation for what their body can do through Pilates and feel the burn!

She has worked with all ages and levels, small children through aging adults, from beginners to professional athletes and everything in between!
Her husband was a professional athlete, and both of her kids are heavily involved in sports, so she understands the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
