This is our beginner full-body reformer-based class for all sculpt babes! This class focuses on building the fundamentals of Pilates (breath, control, precision, concentration, center, and flow) in an engaging environment. We use several props and weights to add variety and challenge you each time you step into the studio. This class builds the strength and control to level up to Varsity.
Full Body Workout
This is our intermediate full-body reformer-based class that REQUIRES instructor approval. This class continues to build upon the foundations with more complex patterns and movements. You’ll learn intermediate exercises that utilize your full body and attention. You will be using props, exploring the apparatus in more depth, and building strength to maintain the graduate-level class.

This is our advanced full-body reformer-based class that REQUIRES instructor approval and prior experience in our Varsity class. In this class, you will master the foundations of Pilates whilst exploring advanced sequences and exercises.

Our jump + sculpt is perfect for you, babe! Using a cardio trampoline, this class is ideal for those looking to build up endurance and break a sweat, all while remaining low-impact and safe for joints. This class is not recommended during pregnancy or if you have had a recent hip or knee surgery.

Mind-Body Connection
A sculpt power yoga x Pilates remix that is HEAVY on the power. This class flow will have you sweating and flowing through yoga movements with Pilates inspiration at a tempo that’ll make your heart race. You’ll see traditional yoga movements while you work out to the beat with the use of props, including light weights, bangles, blocks, and balls. This class is for all levels, but not recommended during late pregnancy.
