Reformer Pilates: JV

This is our beginner full-body reformer-based class for all sculpt babes! This class focuses on building the fundamentals of Pilates (breath, control, precision, concentration, center, and flow) in an engaging environment. We use several props and weights to add variety and challenge you each time you step into the studio. This class builds the strength and control to level up to Varsity.

Full Body Workout

Reformer Pilates: Varsity

This is our intermediate full-body reformer-based class that REQUIRES instructor approval. This class continues to build upon the foundations with more complex patterns and movements. You’ll learn intermediate exercises that utilize your full body and attention. You will be using props, exploring the apparatus in more depth, and building strength to maintain the graduate-level class.

*Grippy socks and instructor approval is required

Reformer Pilates: Graduate

This is our advanced full-body reformer-based class that REQUIRES instructor approval and prior experience in our Varsity class. In this class, you will master the foundations of Pilates whilst exploring advanced sequences and exercises.

Reformer Pilates: Jump & Sculpt

Our jump + sculpt is perfect for you, babe! Using a cardio trampoline, this class is ideal for those looking to build up endurance and break a sweat, all while remaining low-impact and safe for joints. This class is not recommended during pregnancy or if you have had a recent hip or knee surgery.

Blend the elegance of ballet with the power of a workout. Tone and sculpt your body while improving balance and flexibility in a fun, supportive space.

Ballet Inspired

Sculpt + Sweat

Sculpt + Sweat is our mat Pilates workout guaranteed to light up your core. Using a combination of props and light weights, you’ll never experience the same class twice. Our signature mat Pilates workout is a full body, low-impact, and welcome to all regardless of Pilates experience.

Core Strengthening

Sculpt + Burn

We recommend taking a Sweat and Sculpt class first – because every fire needs a good foundation. This is a high energy HIIT class that brings the burn with a mix of controlled pilates based movements and spicy cardio bursts. It’s a full-body workout that builds strength and endurance. It’s fast, fun and totally addictive!

High-Intensity Training

Sculpt Slow Flow

A class for our yoga loving babes looking to flow through traditional yoga movements and unwind. This class is open to all levels of yoga experience, and will emphasize breath work and mobility, while still offering a progression of challenging yoga poses. Props may or may not be used in this class.

Mind-Body Connection

Power Sculpt + Flow

A sculpt power yoga x Pilates remix that is HEAVY on the power. This class flow will have you sweating and flowing through yoga movements with Pilates inspiration at a tempo that’ll make your heart race. You’ll see traditional yoga movements while you work out to the beat with the use of props, including light weights, bangles, blocks, and balls. This class is for all levels, but not recommended during late pregnancy.
