Your membership grants access to Sculpt Pilates facilities, classes, equipment, and participation in events. Membership is contractual and begins on your sign-up date with a 3-month minimum commitment. The studio reserves the right to modify or discontinue facilities, services, membership types, and pricing at any time, without notice.
Membership does not confer any ownership, management, or operational rights over the studio or its assets.
All matters concerning your membership—including pricing, suspension, and termination—are subject to the sole discretion of the studio.

All billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 120 days of the charge.

Refunds are not issued unless explicitly stated. Prepaid dues are non-refundable if canceled for cause.

You affirm you are in good health and assume all risks related to physical activity. You release and indemnify Sculpt Pilates and its staff from any liability, including but not limited to:
A medical exam is recommended prior to beginning any exercise program.
You are liable for any damage to studio property caused by you, your guests, or dependents. The studio is not responsible for personal property lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.
Some services may be offered by third-party contractors. Sculpt Pilates is not responsible for the quality or availability of such services.

If any part of this agreement is unenforceable, the rest remains valid.

You may not transfer your membership. The studio may assign this agreement at any time.
(d) Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all prior agreements. Only a written amendment signed by the studio owner can modify this agreement.
(e) Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts.
(f) Attorneys’ Fees
In the event of a legal dispute, the prevailing party is entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses (excluding personal injury or non-contractual claims).
