I had my first Pilates workout today and was so happy I went! I normally go to a HIIT gym and always felt deadlifts were more my style but boy was I wrong! I never knew I could workout my core today the way I did! Angela the owner is the sweetest and made the class sooo beginner friendly. The music is great, Angela is energetic, and I mentally felt so much better after I finished. I plan on going weekly and highly recommend you try a class, you WILL NOT be disappointed! :)

Cute little studio to do Pilates! They just had their opening today with an intro class which was a great way to get to know what you’re expecting. It’s a little smaller since it’s only one room studio, but more intimate with the people around you. Staff was super nice and helpful

I have always been interested in learning reformer Pilates. With a brand new studio opening in the city, I was excited to get a private reformer lesson. I purchased three private reformer sessions with Angela. I learned SO much! She was super patient, sweet, and motivating. She explains the moves very well and shows you examples/guides you through the movements. She offers tips/tricks to keep your form consistent throughout the sessions. I felt very comfortable and confident in the exercises she taught me. I am now planning to get a home reformer and hopefully continue with private and / or group reformer sessions in the future. If you are wanting to learn Pilates or reformer Pilates, she is the go to girl! Thank you Angela!
